＜視聴時間＞ 24時間 購入から24時間鑑賞が可能/ストリーミングのみ、ダウンロード不可） 【Vimeoオンデマンド鑑賞方法＆お問合せ】 　http://www.ai-movie.net/info/17370/ 製作／配給／著作　ピース・クリエイト　©︎2013世界一すてきな僕たち私たちへ製作上映実行委員会 2013年｜日本｜カラー｜94分｜4：3｜DVD｜ドキュメンタリー ©2013 peace create　 ナレーター：室井滋　監督：宮崎信恵　監修：白石正久（龍谷大学社会学部） https://www.peace-create.bz-office.net/sekaiichi.index.html 東京の下町、江東区冬木にある障害児の放課後施設・こぴあクラブでは、小学校1年から高校3年までの子どもたち30名が放課後を職員のサポートのもとで過ごしています。 その多くは自閉症や知的障害など、それぞれに発達上の多くの問題や困難を抱えている子どもたちです。 活動の中心には「遊び」で、夏休みなどの長期休暇も含めて、近くの公園に出かけたり、料理づくりに挑戦したり、折々の行事なども盛り込んだ生活や文化的な色あいの濃い催しなども多彩に取り入れています。 映画は、そんな子どもたちの日常を3年近い取材を通して、それぞれに発達の芽を育んでいく姿を丹念に描いています。子どもの健やかな成長は明日の社会を築く基本です。そして学齢期の子どもが豊かな生活を経験しながら成長・発達していくためには学校教育や家庭の中だけではなく、学校や家庭とは別の「第3の場」での生活の充実が欠かせません。このことは、障害のある子どもにとっても同じです。 しかし、障害のある子どもは放課後や休日に友だちと交わって遊ぶことが少なく、母親との二人きりの時間を、家の中でテレビを見て過ごすことが多いなど、その過ごし方は限定された貧弱なものになりがちです。そのため母子ともにストレスをため、健やかな成長に影響を及ぼすだけではなく、子育てを難しく、母親をはじめとした保護者の精神的、肉体的負担は非常に大きくなっていきます。 そういう意味でも、彼らの「第3の場」は非常に大切な育ちの場となっています。しかしその運営は限られた自治体の支援によるごく一部の関係者のボランティア的な努力によっているのが現状で、整備は全国的に見た時にはまだまだ決して十分ではありません。 こうした状況に対して国では、平成２４年４月から、障害者自立支援法、児童福祉法を改正し、新たに、障害児の「放課後等デイサービス事業」を創設しました。それにより、今後、放課後等の子どもたちの居場所の確保は今後急速に伸びることが予想されます。 しかし、障害のある子どもたちにとっての大切な居場所である「第三の場」が、単なる「預かりの場」でなく、心身の発達に大きく寄与する「発達の芽を育む場」となるためには、保育への理念と、保育の柱となる支援の内容が大きく問われます。 この映像は、障害を固定的に捉えるのではなく、子どもの意欲や発達への願いを尊重するなかで、人との関わりやさまざまな体験を通して子ども自身が自律の力を獲得して成長していく姿を、東京都江東区にある特定非営利活動法人こぴあクラブ（現在は東京都及び江東区の制度による心身障害児通所訓練施設。今後は国の放課後等デイサービス事業に移行の予定）の活動実践に見ていきます。そして子どもの心の発達にとって大切なものは何かを浮き彫りにしたいと思います。
