2017年に「公認心理師」という国家資格が誕生し，臨床心理士の多くが資格試験を受け、資格保持 者になられたと思います。この資格に求められる役割や知識は公認心理師法に明記されていますが、臨床現場で求められる専門性とはどのようなものでしょうか。臨床心理士とはどのように異なるので しょうか。これまでに同様に国家資格化した専門職の一つに、社会福祉士や精神保健福祉士があり ますが、有資格者の方々には、資格成立以前のソーシャルワーカーとしての専門性と、国家資格とし て求められるものとの間で葛藤があることをお聞きします。今回、若手ながらも「臨床」を大切にしてき た臨床心理士が、同じく若手のソーシャルワーカーの意見も交えながら、参加される皆さんともディスカッションをし、公認心理師の専門性について考えてみたいと思います。
